– Damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other acts of natural and external causes
Faulty/ damaged/ missing items upon installation done
Please inform our installer immediately or contact us via WhatsApp/ platform chat or email with supporting image or video within 3 days, we will arrange a replacement or repair trip.
